DAVID GOERZ has more than 30 years of global investment management experience in various investment leadership and portfolio management roles, including as Chief Investment Officer since 2002. David managed teams of investment professionals, including portfolio managers, analysts, product management, and traders, as well as chairing asset allocation committees since 1997. He also managed portfolio strategies for clients worldwide since 1991 in global tactical asset allocation, currency, long-short, quantitative equity, and venture capital. He pioneered innovations in strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio optimization, return forecasting, hedging/derivatives, and risk management. He also pioneered development of portfolio management systems for transition and completion fund management beginning in 1994.
David is CEO & Chief Investment Officer of Strategic Frontier Management, which he founded in 2015 and incorporated in March of 2016 as an independent investment adviser and asset management consulting company providing investment strategy advice, asset allocation portfolio solutions, and asset management consulting to asset owners and their advisors. Strategic Frontier Management become a California Registered Investment Adviser in February 2017.

David has served on the Board of Directors and Chair of the Compensation Committee for Axioma, Inc. (2004-2019), Board of Directors for Mismi, Inc. (2010-2014), Board of Directors for Bloom Energy (2014), Board of Directors for Institutional Investors Roundtable, (2014-2015), and the Strategic Advisory Board of the CFA Society of San Francisco (2007-2013). On winter weekends, David is a volunteer Alpine Ski Patroller with National Ski Patrol at Big Bear Mountain Resort.
David received his BS from UCLA in Applied Mathematics and a MS in Operations Research Engineering from Stanford University.
